Simulation games are ideally suited to virtual reality due to the incredibly immersive experience it provides. You can feel like you are really sitting in a racing car or plane, for example, allowing you to have an authentic experience that is as close as most people will get to the real thing. This article covers the best VR simulation games I have played, and each one provides a terrific interpretation of the real-world experience. <\/p>\n\n\n\n
I’m going to cover a range of flight and racing simulators, as well as some other sports and activity simulators that do an amazing job of recreating each real-life activity. Some of these games require a PC VR headset, but about half of them can be played on standalone headsets such as Quest 2. This isn’t an exhaustive list of VR simulator games but picks the best ones and my favorites from each sub-genre. <\/p>\n\n\n\n
I’ve played all of the games on this list, racking up hundreds of hours of game time between them.
